
Haiku
Technically, a Haiku is written in Japanese. It is often translated into English as a three-line poem whose lines have a syllable count of 5-7-5 respectively. Haiku aficianados may also include semantic constraints such as a requirement to indicate a season. Also see Conjoined Forms.
